Bill Tracker Printable (Free)

Late fees are just a tax on being disorganized, and I have paid that tax more times than I'll admit. This printable bill tracker is the system that finally fixed it for me: one page, every bill listed down the side, every month across the top, and a checkbox for each one. When a bill is paid, you check the box. That's the whole system, and it works.

The magic isn't complicated — it's visibility. When all twelve bills are staring at you from one page on the fridge, the electric bill can't sneak up on you. Write the amount and due date next to each bill, and at a glance you can see what's paid, what's due, and what's about to be a problem.

Print a fresh one each year (or each quarter if your bills change a lot), and keep the old ones — they're a surprisingly useful record when you need to prove you paid something. Future you says thanks.
